How to Submit your Paper

The language of the conference is English and all submissions must be in English.

Abstract Submission – Deadline March 1, 2019  April 15, 2019 

Authors are invited to submit an abstract and keywords using the SUBMIT link provided on the conference website. The link will lead you to the ConfTool Platform, please submit your proposal through it. If you are a new user of ConfTool, you will be required to create an account. The abstracts should be 400 words in length. They should summarize the paper, include the main statements on Design, but should not provide any identifying information about the author(s). The uploaded file should not exceed 10 Mb.

Full Paper Submission – Deadline May 15, 2019  June 30, 2019

After the notification of the Abstract acceptance, you will need to submit a full paper for the 4D research conference. Full papers should be submitted according to the MS Word template, which complies with the guidelines of the publisher of the proceedings. Details of the submission format are described in the body of the template. The length of the full paper should not exceed 4000 words (excluding references) and follow APA publication style for in-text citation and reference lists (www.apastyle.org). Use the SUBMIT link provided on the conference website for the submission.

Final version of Full Paper Submission – Deadline September 15, 2019

After the notification of full paper acceptance and paper corrections (if any) the final version of the full paper should be submitted in both MS Word (.doc) and PDF format according to the conference template in a single ZIP file. Other formats are not accepted. Please keep the size of each file to less than 10 Mb and use a file name beginning with the principal author’s last name, followed by the name of the Topic (Ex.: Surname_ Design for Social Changes.doc). Use the SUBMIT link provided on the conference website for the submission.

Copyright: By submitting papers for publication in the conference proceedings, authors are allowing for the publication of their work and assigning copyright of the submitted papers to the conference host. Authors’ traditional rights will not be infringed upon by assigning copyright in this manner, as authors retain the right to re-use the content of the papers.

Conference Registration

In order for a contribution to be included in the conference program and appear in the proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference by September 15, 2019

ATTENTION: single participant registration is valid for one paper only. For multiple contributions, authors must register separately for each different paper (in the same user account choose – Access Your Participant Registration Details / Edit Participant Data / choose the number of registrations). If the author would like to enjoy free multiple submissions he/she is asked to contribute as a Reviewer. All the authors (with multiple submissions) that are interested must contact the organizers osaka019@4d-conference.com

Registration will open in due course.

We provide invitation letters for those who need Japan visa.

Curricular Results

• • All accepted and registered author contributions will be included in the conference program.
  • All accepted and registered author contributions (Abstract or Full paper) will be included in digital conference proceedings with ISBN code.
  • Extended versions of papers of Best paper selection will be invited for review and potential publication by International Journal of Business and System Research.
  • Every participant whose contribution will be accepted and presented during the conference will be given a Diploma that certifies the participation in the conference.
    
  • Participants who attend the conference, whether they give the presentation or not will be given an Attendance diploma.
